Shipping Policy:

• We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of the package.

• Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Packaging Policy:

• While prioritizing environmentally friendly packaging materials to reduce our ecological footprint, we also aim to maintain cost-effectiveness, aiming to keep expenses around $3.00 per order to ensure profitability.

• Our packaging materials may consist of cardboard boxes, biodegradable packing peanuts, paper-based cushioning materials, and poly mailers, with a strong preference for recycled and sustainable options.

• All products will be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

• We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase upon receipt of the returned items.
